You probably won’t hear us talk a great deal about “membership” at Paradox, rather we will stress “partnership” because we believe that it is a more accurate term to describe the kind of commitment to each other that the Bible expects of those that want to identify with a local church. According the Scriptures, it is God’s expectation that those in the church will contribute their time, resources and energy as an act of obedience and worship to Him and an act of love to the others in the church.

As a church, we will never ask our church family to do more than the Bible clearly teaches. We only expect our family members to do what the Bible expects every passionately committed follower of Jesus Christ to do. Our membership/partnership covenant reflects the things that we believe are normal expectations for Christ-followers and the things that we ask those who identify themselves with us to agree to be and do. Membership / Partnership Process

Once you have participated in a Connecting Point Small Group, there are four steps to completing our membership / partnership process:

1. Sign a Partnership Covenant

If you've decided to pursue membership please read and sign the online Partnership Covenant.

2. Share your testimony with a member of the Staff Team
If you recently attended Connecting Point but did not share your story of grace with a member of our team, please schedule a time to share your testimony.

3. Become part of a Community Group
To get connected and “Belong” to a community group.

4. Choose to Commit to an Area of Service
Look over our list of volunteer opportunities and contact the ministry of your choice. Let us know if we can assist you as you “Be Strong in Worship & Ministry.”
